ASHLAND — Johnson Central had two golfers compete at the Ashland Invitational Golf Tournament on Monday. Both Zoee Crum, and Zoe Castle competed at Bellefonte Country Club.

Crum managed to shoot a score of 82, coming in third place overall Castle, showing improvement from last year, came in at 125. She took 40 strokes off of last year’s score.

Coach Todd Conley had high praises for both girls, “I’m super proud of both these wonderful girls, and so happy they are part of the Lady Eagle golf family.”

The field included 39 golfers from 15 different schools. Pulaski County won the team championship with a score of 385. 396 brought home second place honors for Boyd County.

Johnson Central was unable to receive a team score due to only having two competitors. Four individuals are required to count towards a team total.
