Coffee with a cop

Kentucky State Police officials spent some time Wednesday afternoon at Lizzie B’s in Prestonsburg for “Coffee with a Cop,” a national event geared to improve relationships between law enforcement and the public. KSP Post 9 Capt. Donald Shearer said, “A lot of times, the only contact certain people with us might be on the worst day of their life. That happens a lot and they might have a negative experience or something. This is an opportunity where they can come out and have a positive experience, just ask questions and talk with us.”
