Johnson County Judge-Executive Mark McKenzie, Paintsville Mayor Bill Mike Runyon and the Johnson County Health Department’s Public Health Director, Julie Bush announced April 30 a third positive case of COVID-19 in Johnson County.

The newly confirmed case is that of an 8-year-old female, officials said in a statement.

According to their statement, the patient is at home with her family and is doing well.
