Representatives from Paul B Hall Medical Center in Paintsville traveled around the city on Monday, May 11 to donate banners to local emergency management and law enforcement agencies and thank them for their efforts during the COVID-19 crisis. According to a statement released on their Facebook page, members of the medical center aimed to "honor the heroes who work tirelessly to keep our community healthy and safe."
